The Roti gods have answered my prayers. I have been living in Charlotte for 5yrs and I have yet to find a decent tasting Roti, until now. There is a "Rotiologist" in Charlotte that everyone in search of Roti in Charlotte should know about. Her name is Amelia and she also makes Doubles, Aloo Pie and a host of other things.
